Studios
Each condo includes a kitchenette with microwave oven, stove top, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. All cookware, pots and pans, china, glass and silver are provided. Pull down your built-in dining table and you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner right in your condo.

Studio Lofts
These studio loft condominiums are delightful and cozy Vail lodging option for 2 to 4 people. Granite countertops, tile & carpeted floors, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances are just a few of the luxury touches.

The main level features a full kitchen with microwave, oven, stove top, full-size refrigerator, compact dish washer, coffee maker and toaster. It is also equipped with cookware, china, glass and silver. Adjacent to the kitchen is small living area, three-quarter bath and balcony with valley view.

Upstairs, a semi-private loft has a queen bed and second three-quarter bath. If you do need extra sleeping space, there is a comfortable Queen Murphy bed in the living area on the main level. These units are perfect for 2 - 4 guests.

One Bedroom Condos
These one bedroom Vail condominiums offer spacious lodging and are ideal for couples or small families. At 800 square feet, they can easily accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Each condo features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for nights that you would prefer to stay in. After dinner, cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room for a quiet evening. You can even rent movies from the front desk!

Two Bedroom Condos
These two bedroom Vail condo rentals are ideal for couples, singles or families. They offer plenty of room for relaxing, dining and entertaining in 1,000 -1,300 square feet of living space.

Roomy living rooms with inviting fireplaces are a great place to socialize. Full kitchens feature everything you need to have coffee and a light breakfast or a multi-course dinner. Our concierge is happy to help you stock your condo with groceries prior to arrival to make this even easier.

Three Bedroom Condos
These three bedroom Vail condo rentals are in high demand due to their generous floor plans and elegant decor. With only six vacation rental units in our inventory the availability is limited, so make your reservations early!

Spacious at 1,600 square feet, these condos will comfortably sleep 6-8 people. All feature fully equipped kitchens, spacious dining areas and comfortable living areas with fireplaces. Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh air and take in the beautiful views of Vail Mountain.

All bedrooms include a bathroom and bedding configuration varies from condo to condo to accommodate a wide range of groups. Each of these condos is conveniently equipped with washer/dryer.

Four Bedroom Condo
This premium four bedroom condominium is brand new to our rental pool this season! Luxury amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful artwork and more. The living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and entertainment center with flat panel television. There is also a beautifully crafted small gaming table for those looking for a little competition after a day on the slopes!

Located on the third floor of our Phase III building, mountain views are spectacular from the south side of the condo and balcony. For ease and convenience, the condo features a "mud-room" style entry for ski boots & gear, in-suite washer/ dryer and and complimentary wireless internet access.

Three out of the four bedrooms are on the main floor of the condo and each includes a full bath. The fourth bedroom is accessed via stairs and has its own half bath. Bedding includes a queen bed in the master, two twins with one trundle in the second bedroom, king in the third bedroom and queen in the upstairs bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
